defoliate manually. remove as many pest as you can with every pest you may encounter. its very easy especially when the plants are small and extremely effective. then dip them or spray them with neem based pesticide like neemazal. since its in veg i’d be liberal with the spraying and even drench the soil with neemazal solution because azadirachtin (pesticide compound in neem) can be taken up by the roots and distributed through plant tissue as well.

Here are some of the products I currently use on a weekly basis that work great! Mammoth Canna Control - Works REALLY GOOD Anthena IPM Dr. Zymes All can be found on Amazon. I also use a product called Overgrow by Optic Foliar. It allows you to spray your plants in the light and has a bunch of other benefits as well. Instead of using water, use Overgrow and add one of the above products in and completely spray your plants on the tops and undersides, as well as the top soil, the outside of the pot, under the pot, around the pot, and just spray it everywhere. (Mix a separate batch with just water to spray the surrounding areas so you don't waste your overgrow.) Spray 2 times a week until buds onset. 1 time with just overgrow and then 1 time with one of the products mentioned above. I would also do a once a week soil drench by adding the product to a lighter mix of nutrient solution and water your plants with it to keep the root zone clean and healthy. Good luck!

Try to kill the leafminers with your hands,or Just remove infected leaves.Then,I see a lot of White spots,that could be a lot of other critters.Check underside of the leaves and tell us if you can see tiny bugs or post a picture
