A good rule is to start with 90% the first week, 80% the second, and - 5% every week, starting flowering at 4-5 weeks, to have maximum 50% at 8th week, and 40% when you'll harvest
Okay.
60-70 for seedlings through veg.
If you growing autos you want to start bringing that down to around the 50 mark before pre flower kicks in. 50% will be fine right through pre flower and you wanna start bringing that down to as low as 35%RH for late stage flowering.
You can run the whole flower through 50% but just be mindful of good air flow (exchange). If you go above the 60 mark in flowering your plant will think it has enough fluids with moisture in the air it'll think it has enough to eat and defs will show up and you won't have a clue as to why. (But high RH is needed for seedlings as that's how they take in fluids they need until roots take hold).
Happy growing pal.
