Black Worms?

I have to ask you all a question: what the hell are those black dead worms? I'm sure they're still I'm not sure they're dead .. the roots are fine, do I have to do something?

thanks to all of the ideas, now I take a more detailed photo and propose again ... seeing photos of the black soldier flyes they might look alike

I'd go with m0use's answer here... they don't look like worms to me, either... I'm thinking just plant debris....

You sure they are worms? Kinda look like flakes of scum to me. Try taking them out and seeing if they hold their shape. Good Luck!
