It sounds to me like you've got some root issues - root rot... Since it's an autoflower, there's not much that you can do that will save her as checking for root rot and cutting away the rot and re-potting in new soil will simply stunt her even further - and she won't have time to recover.
Best I can tell you is to keep babying her - let her dry out, and when she needs something else, try some ReCharge in with the nutes (or just plain water, whatever she's due for next)... it may help, it may be that she's just too far gone to get back on track. ReCharge is a great additive for grows, btw.... keeps lots of lovely little beneficial miccrobes running around the soil spurring the roots to grow bigger....
