Leaves are drooping on colas. Any ideas if these are going ok?

Your soil looks dry on the pictures so I'll say its underwatering rather then overwatering. Give them a good water with 20-30% runoff and see if they perk up after that. Also make sure your in the correct ph range. Good luck.

Looks like she's underwatered.
Hook her up with some water and she'll be shooting those leaves back up into the air in no time!

To me they look a tad thirsty,
They normally droop if they’re underwater or overwatered,

I think you can do some defoliation here, especially given where they are in their life...
