Yep, this just "happens" from time to time.
It is not an issue, just a genetic quirk or sneaky insect that had a feed.

Some plants do this. I just popped a godfather og seeds almost two weeks ago and it's doing the same thing, while the 2nd godfather og seeds is growing normally.
I don't think it's anything to worry about.
