Top Left plant that is flowering has a red dot in the center?

The lowest part of the midrib, where all the veins meet, has a red dot. Is this normal? It is occurring to the top left plant I have that is flowering right now. I thought maybe its an attribute from Red Russian XXL?

So far, nothing bad, but you have high nitrogen in your leaves for your flowering phase! Reduce the big grow addition to 0.8ml/l. And increase the big bloom addition to 5ml/l!

Deficiency or maybe root bound?Hi, I am waiting until i can tell if its a male or female before transplanting it into a 5gallon pot. I am just waiting maybe 1 more week.
