I wish you had a diary for this one... It looks like it most definitely NEEDED a flush - but as I've learned in the past couple of days, some people use different definitions of the term "flush" ... so I'm going to explain what I mean by that term. Let's say you are growing in a 3 gallon pot. To flush the plant, you would need to pour 9 gallons of pH'd water through her. THAT is a proper flush - and yes, it makes the pot very wet but you need to get all the excess nutes and salts out that have accumulated in it.
But here is the biggest question I have for you - and, since you don't have a diary, only you will know the answer ... what caused you to need to flush this? To me, it looks like a nitrogen toxicity and so you would need to have a plan for what you're going to do for the plant AFTER the flush. Just watering the plant heavily and then resuming whatever it is you were doing isn't going to solve anything... it will just make you have to flush again later on.
So please.... start a diary. In order to give you good advice, we need to have as much information as possible and a diary will go a long way to getting us that information.
Good luck...
