Hi , I cant see anything concerning. Did you look closer with a magnifierglass? that is always my number one, get a strong light and a magnifier and look closer

I don't know what you are seeing, but everything looks completely normal to me, and yes, the whitish/silvery fuzz under the leaves is normal too. They do look very green though and I am not sure if they need as much nutrients as what you are giving them at this stage. Also, I would say there are signs of phosphorous excess and not phosphorous deficiency. Definitely no signs of insect attack or fungal problems. Hope this helps,........... Organoman.
