Could this issue of clawing and looking like they aren’t going to make it be because I planted them in the jiffy’s? So once they started to grow roots I then filled the pots with coco and put the jiffy inside the pots.

Do you have a cool small room in your house that gets decent light? Don't want direct sun, just reflected light. A bathroom often works well and you can put the shower on for a few seconds and the steam will up the humidity fast. You don't need it crazy humid, just a bit more than where they are now. Be careful not to overdo it, little by little and checking in between is better than steaming the room like a sauna. Then over a week or so, open the windows or door slowly to lower humidity. It's not ideal and you will probably need a fan in there with them so they don't pick up mold issues, but it should help them enough to give them more time to develop a more solid root system. You can also spray the leaves very early morning until they start to look happier. You know your space better than I do, so get a hygrometer to measure humidity around your place and see where would be best.

Shinsimilla how would you create more humidity? They are too big to fit into the dome in these pots

Nope, it's the environment. The roots are not developed enough to survive in normal conditions, they need more humidity. If you don't fix it soon, they are going to die.

Jiffy cubes are not the problem, seriously... they're meant as starter cubes for seedlings and their pH might be a bit too high so make sure you've got the pH between 6.0 and 6.5 and all will be well.... Good luck...

i had those bags, in my mind they slowed down the growth of root system a lot, i promised myself never to use them, but plants still grew maybe you want everything too quickly ? that pot would be too small anyways and if its coco it means plant has no food, you have to give him by plan in right amounts at right SOILESS ph level Happy Growing !!! i dragged even worse plants to life, but i had a lot and failure was not an issue ... Maybe fabric 20 liters pot, organic specialized soil and new bean ? you lost a month in worst case, but learned a lot ?!??! no ?

Yeah For some reason the grow shop told my to just plant the jiffy, now after having this issue for a week or so I’m starting to think it could be the jiffy that is the issue. Going to take them out tonight and re pot. Will keep updated. Thankyou for your reply

Hi there Jiffy’s as in kitchen Jiffy bags? If so i would of peeled them off i cant see what good thats going todo root wise .. they might land up stuck inside the bags and become root bound, If they continue to deteriorate i would try and get them bags off as there probably land up being suffocated .. Best of luck 🌱
