Curly young leaves (help)

I have a little problem with the plants in my indoor (70x79x160 with 4 airpots each of 12 litres) since 2 days ago are decayed, 3 days ago (Friday) I changed the lamp mars hydro ts600 (100w) for a more powerful mars hydro Fc300 (300w) I do not know if it is the change of format, the power of the knob I left it at half that is in theory 150 watts of its total capacity 300w and at a height of about 40 CM. The next day (Saturday) I saw that they were the same so I proceeded to leave it at 40 degrees of power and I gave them biofish fertilizer to see if it was a question of hydration but today Sunday I realize that they are still the same. I don’t know if it’s the light intensity with the new lamp or that I over watered them 3 days ago on Thursday (I watered them with around 550ml of water per pot) and as I said before, when I saw them like that on Saturday I gave them biofish fertilizer, but nothing…

Your plants are overwatered badly, probably have too much nitrogen and not enough of P or K .... what you are seeing has absolutely nothing to do with your lighting... You need to let the pots dry out completely before giving them another watering/feeding. I don't understand what you are doing with your nutrients but you need to get back to some basic NPK and forget the extra stuff for a while... go light on the nitrogen as this has probably caused the calcium lockout ... the only extra I would give them is some calmag making sure your pH is between 6.0 and 6.5... but LET THEM DRY OUT!! Good luck!

biofish is insanely potent, any wrong ph swing with him - deadly for plants, light change big event too. Give them time and do what i wrote bellow.

calmag is your savior here, but why they show those signs is question : i would suggest to check those things first Are you watering enough and right is ph right inside of pot, so check run off That will tell you either you overfeeded them or underfeeded, that will lead to your future actions Distance of light, arent you burning them a bit Your answer is inbetween those Nothing is lost ! Happy Growing !!!
