Did I drown my plant? Stress it? I gave a lot of water in a short duration of time, and now 7 days later she is looking terrible! Read my diary on week 17 for more info!

Having grown this strain before, I can say it likes very mild feeding and burns easily. Although you have no details at all in your diary about what fertilizers you are using, I would say this is actually burning from over feeding. Yourr plants are very dark green, Zamaldelica being a pure sativa, should be a more mild green colour when healthy. Try giving just plain water for the next 7-10 days before resuming feeding at half the strength of whatever you were doing before.

Not sure how to understand your lamp recommandations for height: " 50/60 cm above plants top from germination to flowering ( this is clear) " and then : " along flowering, you can approach the lamp an additional 15 /30 cm". I understand that at his vey lowest (and not during all the flowering but rather mid and late imo) the distance lamp/topof the plant should be 50 -30= 20 cm. So yes, I think your lamp is for sure oo close from the plant.

She is burned by light (15cm are too low) she should be 30-45cm from lamp :) up the lamp and she will be ok!
