Question about foxtailing

too much nitrogen at the end stage, i almost forced to reveg few with my transpalntation experiments in mid flower and boosting rich soil with too many additives ... here just too high levels of Nitrogen during flowering period, cut all nutes maybe ? ... if time left give few waterings with high pk or just plain till cut, buds wont start magically develop, but could gain more weight ... i noticed that you need at least 3 weeks till that foxtail will become into something .. dirty growing ... bubble hash worst case
