Hey! It could be a pH problem (or rather, a calcium deficiency caused by a probably too high pH). Check the water (mine is at 7.3) and with the fert (biobizz) it goes down on its own and I don't even check it! Very often we have hard water like rocks, last year I had it at 7.8.

ph related, would not worry, soon you will transplant and if you will care about ph, no such mark will appear ... overwatering, small calcium issue, name it as you want, no big deal, soon new house and all will be overgrown. i see no signs of you measuring ph on diary, its one of most important things in grow and for soil its recommended to be 6.3-6.4
