Pruning ideas along the stems? Was thinking that some of the branches at the bottom that may never get over the lid of the pot should be snipped off.
Also, good idea to keep blue/red light shining under the canopy?

I would cut the bottom out, but wait another week or 2. Light under canopy does nothing but make leaves turn towards it. I would remove them, and put them overhead if needed. Only tops of leaves will benefit from. Light.
