Is it Zinco deficiency?
Look at those photos.
Doing some fast research looks like Zinco deficiency.
Am I right? Those leaves wasn't looking like that some days ago and tomoror I give it some fert.
Could it be a leave burn? The only leave who looks like this is this one.

You can rough top soil for better aeration and you definitely overwater her, for such small plant, its should be some edge left around pot, not all pot .
I am more concerned that you have bugs, check some older leaf bottom side.

Ec rising in hydro (6th week flowering - closed circuit tank and drip)At the end of every day, EC rises by 0.2 at least. Starts at 1.60 and then in their evening it goes up to 1.83 !
