Phosphorus stuff at home?

So I have phosphorus deficiency mid flower and I'm basically broke and no shops are open, is there anything I might have at home or cheap at grocery store I could use? None of the fertilizers I'm using have high phosphorus content

As a tomato Gardner, I’ve always heard about putting matches in the hole with the new tomato plants.
“ Modern strike-anywhere match heads usually contain phosphorous sulfide produced only with red phosphorous. The heads of safety matches don't contain this chemical, but the abrasive strip on the side of the box contains phosphorous sulfide made with red phosphorous along with powdered glass and a binder. The red phosphorous provides the spark that ignites the match.”

Look up banana tea recipe. And substitute it with citrus peels instead. It has good NPK properties.

HelpHi. So im using a soil(plagron batmix) which says i do not have to feed the plant for 6 weeks. I looked up a couple videos and they say that as an organic grower, i dont have to ph my water. But im still having some kind of deficiency. So what do i do? Thanks a lot!

Sulphur deficiency?This hindu kush has light green/yellowing coming from the centre and it has been going on for about a week, does anyone know why this is happening? I was thinking sulphur deficiency but given how rare that is, I would someone with more experience to give an opinion.

Light Burn, Nutrients, Neither?This has progress quickly on older leaves at the canopy. I increased CaliMagic a couple weeks ago to 1.5 from .8ml/gal. Light was cooking the canopy for a couple weeks. Modified the cabinet, new light, optimal distance/PPFD. Light burn or food related? Mold or Fungus?

PH Fluctuation Early Signs?I am worried that I either have early signs of PH fluctuations outside of 6.0-7.0 range or early signs of a calcium deficiency.
As you can hopefully see in the picture the tips of the first set of true leave seem to have little spots of discolouration.
