It looks like phosphorus deficiency really. Which likely means your substrate ph is out of range.

Brown Spots on LeavesI've got some brown spots showing up on the Wedding Cake leaves, first thought it may be mold but it doesn't rub off and I sprayed both plants with neem oil about a week ago just in case. Could be CalMag deficient? I use RO water with about 150-200ppms in 3 liters once a day.Week 5

Leaf damage/discolourationThe Skunk has been getting a lot of leaf issues. I have been trying to stay on top of picking them off as they appear in case it's rust or similar and can spread. Browning between leaf veins!After my low humidity problem two days ago, she seems unhappy and the growth has basically stopped. What deficiency is this ?What is happening to my plant right now ?
I believe it is calcium deficiency also could be Manganese from the pictures. I did not add CalMag during the first weeks.
Usually Calcium deficiency shows after 4 weeks and during flower but not likely in soil.
