Заметил , что некоторые листья слегка надорваны , подозреваю что большие листья могли травмировать маленькие .

It's hard to answer that. At least 1 photo is required. but according to the description, the tearing of the leaves may be due to a short stress or an overdose. but if it appeared 1 time and does not continue, then you should not worry.
