Unsure what to do-Big Bubble

I don't mean to cast insult, but they are mighty small for 7 weeks in veg and 9 weeks in flower. Total of 16 weeks old, There is just to much information missing to accurately answer this question and help you get them bigger, stuff like; what are you feeding them, and how much whats your PH,EC,PPM, whats your growing medium, whats your light schedule, whats your temps and RH, They look like they could be great plants in time but if your week 9 in flower on top of 7 weeks in veg they may not be worth anymore of your time and energy. This will have to be you call what to do. If it was me, I'd start over at this point, go back to the drawing board and get some good seeds. Best Of Luck and Happy Growing
