You can either discard them or leave them I tend to remove them if it is covering a budsite.

You can remove them. it won't harm the plant. vice versa. buds below will get access to the light.
your plants lack test substances. because they started to turn yellow like that.

Brown Spot Assistance, PleaseNoticing these brown spots on the leaves are getting worse. We started Fox Farm Tiger Bloom about two weeks ago and my thought would have been that would have helped.
