I shouldn't; right now I have some plants that have been on 12/12 for 5 days and I have some branches under the net that aren't getting light and some really big leaves on top that are blocking the light. Can I defoliate and do some low pruning on the 7th day?

i remove all the shoots that havent reached the net and any bud sites under the net , on days 10-14 of 12/12, most of your shoots seem to have made it to the net, so you only have a little pruning to do, imo you should be fine to do it . looking good bro👌

First of all, you don't need to move slowly to 12/12 - you can do it in one day! But aside from that, yes, you can defoliate and I would suggest you SHOULD defoliate! And you can do it right now if you want! It will not harm your plants!!
