no debería; ahora mismo tengo unas plantas que llevan 5 días que las pase a 12/12 y tengo debajo de la malla unas ramas que no llevan luz y en la parte de arriba unas hojas muy grandes que paran el paso de la luz, puedo defoliar y hacer poda de bajos al 7mo dia?

i remove all the shoots that havent reached the net and any bud sites under the net , on days 10-14 of 12/12, most of your shoots seem to have made it to the net, so you only have a little pruning to do, imo you should be fine to do it . looking good bro👌

First of all, you don't need to move slowly to 12/12 - you can do it in one day! But aside from that, yes, you can defoliate and I would suggest you SHOULD defoliate! And you can do it right now if you want! It will not harm your plants!!
