I see it as a healthy bud ready to densen up. The crop looks spectacular if this is your first grow (only 1 diary so hard to know). One thing that sticks out to me is the foxtailing. It is hard to know if this is genetics or not. I am surprised at the stacking at <1ft from the canopy. Have you tried tying down some branches to even out the canopy?
