So I took off the humidity domes and now have a humidity of 65-67, is that enough at this stage?

Yeah, that's enough, you just need high humidity at the beginning or with cuttings. It’s best to check out a VPD chart; you can read when and how your RH should be.

Never use humidity domed on seedlings, they are NOT required! Only clones/cuttings need extra high humidity. 65-67% is more than good.

Excluding seedlings and clones, avoid RH greater than 65%, if possible. Read up on VPD. temperature and humidity should jive together. What VPD they amount to is important. One alone is not enough... same with light intensity x hours of operation... if you don't consider both you have no idea how much light is provided.

Yes, that's completely sufficient; only when the flowering begins does it need less to prevent mold from developing.
