Hey it looks like nitrogen deficiency. Buds are taking nitrogen from the leaves and not the soil.

Another thing to look at is where/what. Where/What leaves are affected. Old/bottom or new/top. My guess is N, P, and K, unless you have re potted recently.

Lower leaves turning yellow and getting crispyLower leaves are still turning yellow/brown. See photo. A couple weeks ago I got a greenhouse to protect the plant from the rain.
