Genetics. If anything it would be the opposite. Not lacking but an excess of bloom nutrients will sometimes cause purple coloration on stems and stalks but you're fine.

Purple stems can go either way. Early Magnesium deficiency will cause purple stems.

Soil PH needs to be increased. What do I do?Hey everyone. I've noticed my plants are getting purple stems and not really growing as much as other plants. I checked the soil PH of them and the big plants have a PH of 6.1 and the small ones have a PH of 5.7. What's the best and easiest way to increase my soil PH to 6.5?

Does this look normal? Purple areas on stem appearing on multiple plants. Day 22 flowerHi guys, I just defoliated my plants the other day and today I noticed these purple areas on the main stem of 2 of the plants. Since yesterday ladies started to look less and less healthy. Leaves are yellowing, leaf stems are purple and generally it's progressing quite fast. They got a flush with filtered ph water and I fed the with 1 l each oF very light mix.

Calcium deficiency or overfed?Hi.
This is about my Apricot Auto which already suffered the yellow tips/edges. I took that as the result of heat/light stress.
Now she also developed discoloration and brown spots on some of the leaves. It looks like a Calcium deficiency to me, but I am quite uncertain.
