Yes, that's definitely possible, especially if you've checked the trichomes and there are no more clear ones left, it's ripe. After being milky, they turn amber, and that means the THC is being converted into CBN.
If you prefer a narcotic effect, you can wait a bit longer until more turn amber.
But if you want a proper high, now is the right time to harvest.
To be absolutely sure, also check the trichomes further down the plant and not just on the sugar leaves; they ripen faster there, but really check on the flower calyxes.
Many autoflowering strains, but also some photoperiod strains, have a relatively short flowering time. And I have some strains that were already done after week 8 to 10.
