if it's just the petioles (stem refers to branches/trunk, but petioles are for leaves), i wouldn't worry about it. Especially if it is mostly just the petioles exposed more to light. you can look up a leaf symptom chart and it'll say low P or something is a potential cause, but this shit happens under an LED. So, if you don't have any coinciding visual effects, it probably has nothing to do with a deficiency. plant looks healthy. probably nothing REd and purple can be genetics too. IF you see read/purple streaks in stems (not petioles) this can be low S... again, you usually need to cross-reference more than 1 visual clue to accurately diagnose things, and even then it can come down to a best-guess. Visual symptoms are not discrete. Relying soley on leaf symptoms leads to false-positives and mistakes. Use all the info avialable.

There are quite a few reasons this can happen. First of check the tent for any hermie parts on all of your plants. This can be a sogn of accidental pollination especially at this age of flowering. Could be from the fan too close and too strong to this plant. couldve been a drop of water while watering or condensation a humidifier. or even brushing up against or touching them on accident with anything even other plants can cause the pistils to change color prematurely. Its not too much of a concern and the plant will continue to grow and will continue to produce more white pistils as she grows on. best of luck and hope this is helpful.

Yes, that's definitely possible, especially if you've checked the trichomes and there are no more clear ones left, it's ripe. After being milky, they turn amber, and that means the THC is being converted into CBN. If you prefer a narcotic effect, you can wait a bit longer until more turn amber. But if you want a proper high, now is the right time to harvest. To be absolutely sure, also check the trichomes further down the plant and not just on the sugar leaves; they ripen faster there, but really check on the flower calyxes. Many autoflowering strains, but also some photoperiod strains, have a relatively short flowering time. And I have some strains that were already done after week 8 to 10.
