In my opinion, there is an overfeeding of nitrogen; it's possible that you've fertilized too much or that when watering your plant, you're not watering it enough for the previous fertilizers to wash out, causing a buildup of salts. When you water, do you let the water drain out the bottom? Always water slowly and wait for water to start coming out from the bottom of the pot. This way, you ensure some cleaning of the soil.
I feed them once every 7 days; on the other days, I only use water, making sure to let 20/30% of the water drain from the pot. I mention this because you say you'll feed it after 3 days of having fed it. Maybe that's too frequent?
