Menda, a few options depending on your device, at the top of the page 3 horizontal bars, click there. Opens the home page menu. Midway down the menu bar below your name is start diary. When the diary is created, at the top left are 3 dots. Click there to edit diary, add week, edit, remove, etc. Also when you are in you diary the edit week can appear below grow stats but above the pics. Good luck, happy growing. 😊

Menda, you selected harvest as your first week. That may be why you can't add more pics to this diary. Usually you start with veg, then select flower as your plant matures to this point. I responded to your other question on how to edit and add weeks. No there are no tutorials on a good diary. My advice is to look at the guru, grand masters and masters diaries that have won contests. Also I follow @LegacyMarketFarm here and on you tube. He has tutorial videos on a full grow from setup to harvest. I have learned a lot from him and still have more to learn.
