2 big branches broke off....

3 days ago, 2 of the biggest side branches broke off. i placed them insde in a vase with a bit water with a bit nutes. (<5ml/L). they survived this for 3 days now, but they start looking sadder and sadder... will they survive it? or should i just dry them now? theyre far from don

hi So you can usually get clones up to the last 2 weeks before harvest...but they have to make roots and then do the revegging period which is usually pretty ugly. Lol. The best thing I'd say is if you could dip them in some rooting powder and then put back in the glass, mist them everyday, and change the water periodically. 👍 You might get roots in a couple weeks.

I’m no expert when it comes to clones but I know that when you take cuttings from a flowering plant it can be difficult to propagate especially if you don’t use some type of cloning gel/powder on the stems. I also don’t know if the fast version of your strain has any ruderalis genetics in it, if it does then it may be more difficult than a photo period to clone. Hopefully somebody that has more experience with clones will chime in! But if it were my plants I’d just let them dry out and use it for edibles or hash!
