Discoloration of leaves

The tips look burnt and straight. So it's wanting more potassium. Likely needs fed. Unless the tips were burnt up and going in then it would be too much nutrition. Not sure if you broke them off. Regardless I would check your substrate ph first of all in every plant issue. More information and a diary filled out good would provide a lot more help in diagnosis. It allows people to see exactly what your doing. Not many can read the leaves right and common misdiagnosis can happen with no good information to review. So please consider in the future keeping a weekly diary for when you have questions. Would help greatly here. 👍🏻🌱
