80% humidity is much too high and 21 hours of light is too much. About 50% humidity would be better and 18/6 is about perfect. The spots look like powdery mildew starting, no doubt due to the 80% humidity levels.

So what I see wrong is your ph is off. Your plant is In Lock out. You are showing multiple deficiency signs. Not sure what your growing in or any information on your grow with no diary. Which makes it hard to tell you how to fix it. Best I can say is get run off and test it for ph. I am guessing from experience your ph is too high due to not enough nutrients. Only a guess from my experiences over the years by the signs. It will continue till ph is in range.
