Does anyone know what's this? I just transplanted it, yesterday, and one of the leaves is getting black and smaller.

At that age the shock probably killed it mate. Tbf ya can't even see what you mean because you've taken a picture under light, so I'll guess it's shock

Yellow & brown spots in 2nd and 3rd week in coco-perlite nursery cup. What am I doing wrong? Fed until 20% runoff (extra), strained. Smth with roots?2nd grow in 70/30 coco-perlite mix* & very similar issues w. yellow/brown spots in weeks 2-3, then stabilizes.
*CalMag & pH buffered 6h @ 0.5mS, pH5.8, strained** & seed planted.
Feed:
W1: **Strained sol. + water 70/30, pH5.8

First time DWC, day 70, 3 weeks in flower. Nasty rusty spots appear on lower leaves. Is this CalMag or else? Please help understand and fix, thank you :)I'm using TA Tripart, current EC is 1.6 - ph 5.5-6.5. Everything was smooth until week 10. Bud leaves turned blackTop leaves turned brown overnight, That day I did come home to a disturbing temp off 31oC . It’s the black Mini leaves in buds that are worrying me more. lights came on accidentally for two hours so gave her 16hrs dark and back to 12/12

Black dots - second opinion neededIm growing an Gorilla-Cookies Auto,
Indoor, 50w led, DWC with Plagron A+B and Power buds (Power roots at veg) water gets renewed once a week and my Ladie ist now 8 1/2 weeks old and Starts to develop black dots in the leave's Center.
