Hey, change your lights urgently. Use Torch LED, 6500k during the veg stage and 3200k for flowering. There are lux meter apps for your phone; for now, 5000 lux is enough, you can increase it as the plant grows. They are too small for 2 weeks, humidity should be around 60/65 during this period. If you don't have a humidifier, hang a wet towel in the cabinet. Ventilation is important; there should be air intake and exhaust in the cabinet. You can find a solution for ventilation with computer fans. Transplant your plants into individual pots. The light cycle can be 20 hours on and 4 hours off.

Only 1 plant per pot, separate now or or it will be a pointless exercise. Goodluck

But they are growing. They are fine if it's week 2. You will get some issues since you are growing them all in one pot together because their roots are spreading but they will take eachothers space

Honestly they look okay. You might be at the beginning of over watering. Not sure what your growing in. It could be your temperature is not warm enough for faster growth. I would split them up asap. Before roots get entangled.
