N doesn't cause interveinal chlorosis.
mg is possible, though at 30 days old, could be too soon to even see the symptoms.

what and how much have you fed of each nute? if you don't know this it's impossible to give anything more than a guess based on physical appearance, which is not discrete. Multiple things potentially cause the same symptoms. There's all sorts of relationships between the nute molecules too.. adding more of one requires ore of another or possibly locks it out etc...
if you just dump stuff in and hope for the best, that's also a hindernace to diagnosing anything. just ends up a guess.
