Today I started applying LST to the tallest plants. It's my first time doing it, and so I would appreciate any tips or advice regarding some obvious mistakes/things to improve ! I also noticed one of the plants has one two leaves curling up :/ Any clue why? Thank you in advance

Your PH is off in one of them. Might be that one is drinking more water than nutes and has through your ph off. If it were heat. You'd see it in the others also, and overwaterimh also, "assuming you fed them all the same" Good luck

When you see the edges of leaves curling up like this then the cause is usually because the light is too close. And I do think that this is the issue here because it is the most upper leaf so the closets to the lamp. It can be caused by both light stress and the heat comming from the lamp. When you see the side of the leaf curling up like this it could also be caused by cold or watering problems, especially when a plant is cold and overwatered. So when your temperatures are warm is is caused by heatstress. When the temperature is cold then it is the opposite. Enjoy your grow!
