No worries here, mate... the humidity problem only lasted a very short while and really will have no impact on them. What I've done when humidity gets out of control (I don't have any exhaust system at all) is to open up my tent as much as possible until the RH is reasonable...
As far as feeding/watering, the key will be to let the weight of the pot tell you when it needs something. Pick it up - if it's lightweight, give it something... if you can still feel a heaviness to it, she's fine so leave her be and check again tomorrow... watering/feeding shouldn't be on a regulated "I feed on THIS day and water on THIS day" type of routine but on a water/feed/water/feed schedule - WHEN that occurs will be up to the plant and it tells you by how heavy the pot is.... As plants get really rolling in flower, you'll find you're having the give them more volume and more frequently... just let the plants dictate how much and when!
