Hey bro! 👋 If I were you, I would have already transplanted it into a 5gal, but you can grow it in this 3gal pot too. 👆 Don't pay attention to the roots if you're not planning to transplant and grow it further in the 3gal pot. But if you are planning to transplant it, it's better to do it now, because the roots have already shown through the drainage, and they are actively growing right now! 👆 The roots account for 50% of success... usually, a plant grows as much greenery and fruits above the substrate as it has roots below the surface! Developing a good root system means providing quality nutrition and a good appetite for your plant in the future, which in turn leads to a high yield! 👌 Good luck, my friend! ✊😇

I personally don’t feel like you need to rush transplanting again because of that. I myself make the decision to move to a bigger container based on water uptake. If you can’t fully saturate the medium without overwatering then what’s the point of transplanting right? If I saturate fully and needs water again soon after like the next day or so, then I will transplant. I do this to ensure I don’t overwater cause that’s the worse thing you can do to a plant and avoid it at all cost. Hope this helps you make a decision. Cheers 🍻
