Gray leaves on buds with a massive concentration of trichomes. What is it?

No clue what this is. Light gray leaves, tons of trichomes. I'm a bit confused here. Should I just cut the buds that look like this to be safe? Or is this normal?

Oooooo pal. I just want through this. You're gonna have to crack all them buds.. and dead leafs you pull out that fall apart have been hit by rot/mold. Those dead leafs. They need be pult on finding them. Most cases this is a sign of bud rot, " leafs dying from the inside. Yes, on occasion at the end, or a badly lit leaf will wither and die. But, on a scale this bad. Maybe, if you get going now. You can save some of it. I'd harvest that ASAP. Any dead leafs need pulling. Crack the buds, pull apart, cut away.. You'll see if there's rot, slime, foul smell, you'll know it, the bud around the dead leafs, if it's still green, and can't be wiped off, (use gloves). And with a cutter start tearing apart your harvest. This is a few weeks of rot. This is why it really is crucial to check your buds, especially when dealing with high RH (if that is an issue) but the multiple dead leafs, they really need pulling regardless of environment

That looks like bud rot to me. I would recommend pulling one of those leaves. It it comes off, inspect the bud and check for mould. And if it contains bud rot, harvest asap

This is budrot! Cut the entire branch from the main stem. Inspect the rest of the plant. Make sure that the plants get enough airflow to in between buds and leaves to prevent mold at at other buds. And you also need to cut the nutrients a bit they are overfed. You can flush the soil once to get rid of the build up slats and nutrients inside the soil. Use 2 times the pot volume in water with the right pH (without nutrients). Let the soil dry for 2-3 days and after you can continue feeding them like you did but a quarter less.

Just get rid of it, it looks way too close to bud rot.. if it is indeed, and you don’t get rid of it, you risk it spreading all over

At some point during flowering you may have broke a branch and its died, dryed out in the light. you could smoke it to see what it will be like when its finshed.
