Leaves curling downward on 1 of 2 plants

I have two plants in my tent. They have have been treated the same this whole time.
But one plant has many leaves that are curled (photo with red circles), while the other plant has all normal looking leaves. Any idea what would cause the curling like that?

This is caused by overwatering. Let the top inch of the soil dry out completely in between waterings. Otherwise the roots do not have acces to oxygen and it will cause other problems like mold and rotting too.
