You have a lot of open questions and no diary. Might be best to upload one and give someone more insight to help solve your problem.
Looks like you overfeed your plants from the photos, could be bad lighting though. Might be a PH issue. That has relevance into what you are feeding them and the medium your growing in. all things you'd place in a diary.

I found out my tap water was 9.8. I'm about to water tomorrow with PH adjusted water, I just didn't know whether or not that could be the issue with the tips turning yellow? Bigger plant now too,just not as bad Basically will the soil adjust since it's a premix in between 6.3-6.8Week 3

Leaf discolouration. Nutrient deficiency?Leaves are discoloured and clawed. Started about a week ago with yellowing of tips and clawing at top of the plants. Now lots of leaves are slowly changing colour. Thought it was nitrogen toxicity but my runoff is 330ppm. Are they deficient in nutrients?

The leaves are large and big but sooo thin! Burntips and little holes.Does anyone know what could it be?
Got a tipburn in one leaf and 2 others with extremely little holes, but didn't see any bugs or look-a-likes in my grow.
Is it normal to the leaves be so thin? It's my first indoor don't know if indoor plants used to be like this.

Light stress?? Wilting leaves, shrivelled and burnt edges. See pics in last week.Any idea what’s going on? Leaves are shriveled and wilting, as well as some burning at the edges? Burn? Deficiency? Hydroponic fgrowproblems in DWC. I am using TA nutrients (Lucas formula). Running EC 1.8 and pH 5.8. One of my plants look good but the other plant shows lots of problems. RH is 55%, Temp 25-26C. PPFS is 450μmol/m²/s on average. Any idea how to fix it? Dilute the nutrients? Ideas welcome
