Probably sunburnt plant

This outdoor photoperiod white widow have stunned grow and discolored leaves. I put her in shade, cause I think she is sunburnt, but I dont really know what to do with her. Any help please? (week 10)

I would also say it's a deficiency or blockage. The new shoots look a bit stunted. I would definitely repot the plant into new soil and add some nutrients. It doesn't visually seem like it can hold much water or allow air to the roots. If the plant is really already 10 weeks old, then something is generally off with the environmental conditions. A diary or more information would be helpful here.
