What's up with this dead bud? I'm thinking it's because it was laying on the soil in the pot.

I’d guess that could be issues. Feel right off? On your plant gently look in middle of buds. You will notice rot and you see it. It always appears webby to me.

Help!! Do I harvest?About 50% milky, 40% clear trichome heads. But in some minor spots, they are all dark brown/amber. Harvest or leave in the sun for a while?My plant got way too little light inside when i tried a 12/12 light rhythm. now it looks like the trichromes are getting milky already even though the buds are tiny.
