twisting and such.. possibly pH in substrate is fluctuating? not enough info here, but looks like very little drainage amendments in your soil. perlite, vermiculite, et al should be mixed near 50% for soil if you want optimal root zone. with coco you can do 70/30 because it has a lower water capacity per volume than typical soil.

Eigentlich bin ich bei Creepy_Steve, weil partiell verdrehte Blätter auf einen falschen PH Wert im Substrat hinweisen. Aber das müsste nicht nur die neuen Triebe, sondern auch ältere Blätter betreffen.

Speaking about the color of the leaves - they are more lightly green (or even yellowy), because of her period, preflowering, it's ok 😎 Just keep slowly changing you nutrients from veg to bloom ones. But I'm not sure about sprouts at the first photo. Is it new brunches growing up there? For me, they looks a bit odd, but it may be an unusual side of view on the photo. I'd like to see it a day after.

They look okay to me. Some specimens move throughout the day more than others so you are gonna see their leaves droop and raise. As long as you have no visible deficiency or toxicity and your girls are growing steady you need not worry.
