Brown spots on one leaf, only one leaf on plant of 6 showing issues. We're about half way through week 4 and only introduced PK feeds 2 days ago, I've not added any epsom salts yet or any CalMag. Is this a PK or CalMag problem?

If its on one leaf at the bottom I would be weary about changing your routine. If you are a bit sloppy with feeding the nutes can burn lower leaves.
If its closer to the top I'd give cal mag

Looks like slight calcium defeincy . If new growth is healthy and you are already feeding calmag don't worry.
