Time Lapse Time Interval Suggestion

Any tips on what time interval to use on a time lapse for a plant veg to flower to harvest? I have a Wyze Cam v3, which has time lapse and night vision. Should I also record in dark? just with lights on? Any thoughts and feedback is appreciated. Brainstorming is welcome ;) Thanks

One second a day in rendered video is a good start, I'd just do active hours when the lights are on. If its 24 frames a sec video 24 pics a day or once an hour would work for 24/0 photoperiod, a pic every 30 min if its 12/12. just do some math and find out what works for you.
Don't know what settings you have. but if its 1sec a day a 17 week grow would be just under 2 min. not to bad. if you want it to be longer take more pics or lower its FPS count on the video.

Serious question about humidity and killing a plant2nd grow

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again. Lefft the lights on 5 hours too long 1 night. Also needed to do some maintenance etc in the same week. Maybe to much light (DLI) and starterd growing again for short while?
