I didn't add it up.. but "they" usually say aroudn 300-500ppm is the sketchy area.. and over 500ppm is likely going to cause problems. I have 300ppm hard water. I never had issues with it. The last 2 years i've used soft water, lol... a "no-no" but it too has worked just fine. i wouldn't use soft water on a mother plant that is kept for a long period of time, but a 3-4 month grow cycle does not run into issues with soft water, and my water softenr is set to 27grains or some high level because the water here, as i said, is quite hard. my tap water pH used to be 8.4. Now it's 7. That stuff can definitely change. Luckily, my nutes are ph-balanced to roughly 6, no matter what. good soilless/hydro nutrient products should ph-balance on their own. soil nutes are less likely to have that characteristic. Definitely ph-balance whatever you add to ~6 for soilless/hydro nutes or 6.5-6.8 for soil nutes

You should be fine. I've grown with well water for years without issue and my water is a little more "hard" than yours. They even make some nutrient lines designed for hard water, like GH does a hard water version of their Micro in the Flora Trio.

PH 7.59 at 13°C sounds like nearly neutral pH. Depending on nutrients and supplements you are going to use you might not need pH down (or up), but it's better to have one.

I read that tap water is okay if it has EC less than 300. It also has to sit in open jag for 24-48 hours for chlorine (it's bad for plants) to evaporate. Small traces of various elements in the water can actually be beneficial for plants.
