It's on a few spots, and yes it rubs off, Buts it's like little balls and not powdery.

does it rub off?
Might be root sites forming if the site got injured. or scar tissue.
Keep an eye on it, if its the only site and its not spreading I would not worry to much about it. Could also try to isolate it with some medical tape. or cloth try and stop the spread of any potential spores. Maybe bush it with some peroxide 3%.

Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.
