Is a branch growing from one of the Cotyledons (first leafs), should I removed it for symmetry?

Yes, remove that weird branch. In my experience, any branches growing from there never amount to anything. Removal will not harm the plant in any way. Symmetry really does not matter, some plants grow with missing branches/nodes, or even extra branches/nodes. BTW, cotyledons are not leaves, the first true leaf is the first serrated leaf, usually single bladed, but at times, with three or two blades.

Eventually plant will lose symmetry anyway. Plant is looking good, but small. If you'll remove that leaf now, that can stunt the growth of an auto. There is also a possibility that you will damage a cotyledon - never ever remove cotyledons, they should dry and fall off by itself

Happens on my autos mostly. I just leave it until the plant gets ready to defoliate. Chances are it wont compete with the others and you will just end up cutting off a little twig of a couple inches.

It's a young plant I personally would not mess with it yet. Maybe in a week or two once the plant is more established.
