I can’t even tell what’s going on there. Your not supposed to cook it. Get a 5 gallon (or bigger) bucket and put all those ingredients in the bucket with some water (or pour a can of stout beer, sugars and yeast help fermentation) Put the lid on it loosely, and let it ferment in a dark place outside for a few weeks. The longer the better. When you want to use some, dilute it with water. A few tablespoons per liter. Keep topping up with your ingredients and your good to go. I use fish guts. I get them for free at the market. Bones, skin, scales, anything they can give me goes in the bucket with bat guano and maybe some water buffalo or cow shit. Just don’t cook it on the stove!
